Discrete delivery means you can trust us to dispatch your order in an anonymous fashion. This is to protect your privacy.

Depending on your chosen delivery method, your order will arrive in either a brown jiffy bag, or a silver Royal Mail special delivery bag. Both of these options are packaged with no company label or indications of the contents.

As you can see from the pictures, which ever delivery method you choose, your purchase will remain completely anonymous

Standard delivery in the UK takes 3-7 days although please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Our special delivery gives you next day service on orders made before 2pm. Orders recieved after 2pm will be recieved within 48 hours. International orders take 7-14 days for standard delivery, with special delivery normally taking 2-7 days (same day dispatch when order is placed before 2pm)

Please note: a signature is required for all packages on arrival, and we cannot delivery to PO BOX numbers.

Returns Policy

Damaged products are immediately refunded. We cannot offer guarantees with our devices unless they are damaged so please ensure you are completely happy with your order before you purchase. Some of our herbal products come with a guarantee, this no-questions asked policy enables refunds or exchanges to be made within 1 -2 months (depending on product), please ask customer services for details as the guarantee is product specific.

As a responsible electrical & electronic equipment distributor, it is our duty to make sure your waste electrical & electronic equipment is disposed of in a environmentally friendly manner.

Each member State under Article 2 of the Directive is required to minimise the disposal of WEEE as unsorted municipal waste and to achieve a high level of collection of waste electrical & electronic equipment for treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal, and this is what Planet Vision Online adheres to.

We will then recycle the equipment wherever possible. In some cases it may not be possible to reuse or recycle the equipment, but we will ensure safe disposal of any equipment so not to effect human, animal or environmental health.

Any item bearing this symbol must not be disposed of in normal household waste, but returned to the place of purchase in line with the WEEE Regulation 2006.
